About the Role: The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands‑on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable. Success in this role means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with District Managers to achieve business goals. Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members’ personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a “customer comes first” attitude). Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe. Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem solving skills to maintain store operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.). Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal‑driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community. Collaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Have at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience. Must be able to work at any location in assigned district or county. Have an excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Have strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team members. Have a strong team well‑being and sales focused mindset. Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback. Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times. Possess the ability to deliver constructive feedback, and guide conflict resolution. Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization.
