Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Century City, CA or Los Angeles, CA Direct Hire Division of Consilio LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire a Senior Real Estate Paralegal. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm. Are you an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking to join a prestigious legal team handling sophisticated real estate transactions? We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong title and survey review experience to support a dynamic real estate practice in Century City location or Los Angeles, CA. About the Role The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys on complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and due diligence efforts. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Review and analyze title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related real estate due diligence documents. Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents and closing binders. Assist attorneys with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development matters. Coordinate closings and manage closing checklists. Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and opposing counsel. Conduct legal and factual research related to real estate transactions. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of transaction requirements. Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex real estate transactions. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience in real estate law. Experience reviewing and analyzing titles and surveys is required. High School Diploma is required. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and due diligence processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
