Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Growth P.C., your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and formulating personalized treatment plans that incorporate established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively review patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Delivering psychoeducation and supportive resources to clients and their families to enhance understanding and coping strategies for mental health challenges.

• Staying current with research and emerging trends in mental health to continuously integrate new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and families, often facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
