Are you a friendly, self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail? Join the Good Shepherd team as a Receptionist and make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitorscreating a welcoming environment while providing essential support across the organization. Hours: Every 3rd Weekend / Every 3rd Holiday
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
- Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
- Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative or office experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, senior living or long term care setting preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage interruptions required
