We are looking for an Engineering Document Specialist to be the crucial bridge between our design teams and the production floor. In this role, you will own the integrity of our technical data, streamline our workflows, and ensure our manufacturing processes run without a hitch.

What You Will Do

• Document Lifecycle: Lead document control operations across engineering projects, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and accessibility.
• System Administration: Administer Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
• Compliance & Audits: Support both internal and external audits by preparing documentation and maintaining rigorous compliance processes.
• Process Improvement: Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
• Data Integrity: Control document issuance, revisions, and distribution while recording and maintaining precise data in SharePoint and advanced Excel spreadsheets.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience supporting engineering or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing and administering EDMS systems, SharePoint, and document control tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu, Procore).
• Hands-on experience with major ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365.
• Strong expertise in SOP development, version control, and audit support.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Exposure to SolidWorks (Electrical/Routing) and a willingness to learn basic CAD library management.
