This position offers potential international travel, including travel to various global locations to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidate to live within Phoenix, AZ, Burlington, NC, or Raritan, NJ.Who You AreBachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related field plus 3 – 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical/system hardware and software3 years experience in a clinical, manufacturing or research setting in a health or diagnostics industry environment with a focus on quantitative LC-MSElectro-mechanical and fluidics troubleshooting experienceAbility to travel, including some overnight travel, is requiredAbility to support after-hours and on weekends/holidaysPreferred Qualifications5+ years of progressive experience providing hardware installation, repair, and maintenance of LC-MS instruments in a clinical, manufacturing, or research settingAdvanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistryAbility to learn and remain current on Roche solutions across various fields, including chemistry, immunology, molecular, life sciences, and IT solutions, while keeping up with industry trendsThe ability to serve as an internal technical resource, provide support after hours and on weekends/holidays, and maintain strong customer relationships is essentialRelocation benefits are available for this job posting.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $78,100 to $145,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
