Emergency Room Registered Nurse

$2937.60/week - Job Summary: The Per Diem Emergency Room Nurse provides urgent care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting. This role requires flexibility to work a strike shift and ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements. Responsibilities: Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival in the emergency department. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document patient care activities thoroughly in the EPIC electronic health record system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Ensure all compliance items, including licenses and certifications, are verified prior to shift. Attend orientation and complete necessary onboarding to qualify for strike shifts. Qualifications: Hold an active nursing license and verify in compliance process. Demonstrate current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable. Provide proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attest to vaccination/declination. Possess strong EPIC electronic health record system knowledge.
