Overview CSI Companies is hiring a Technical Project Coordinator to work with one of our top healthcare clients! Title : Technical Project Coordinator Location : Augusta, GA Type : 90% onsite/10% remote Duration : 4 - 6 month contract to start Description Description : Position Summary Provides day-to-day coordination, documentation, and logistics support for capital construction projects with IT scope (low-voltage, networking, security, AV, nurse call, clinical/biomed integrations). Keeps schedules, action logs, and documentation current; aligns site activities, vendors, and internal teams to enable on-time IT readiness with minimal disruption to patient care. Key Responsibilities Maintain action/issue/risk logs, meeting minutes, and integrated 2-week look-ahead schedules. Update SharePoint/Teams and PM tools (ServiceNow). Create PRs/POs, track receipts and invoices for IT scope; assist with change order documentation. Route RFIs/submittals to the right reviewers; file approvals; maintain drawing sets, markups, and as-built archives. Coordinate vendor access, badging, deliveries, staging areas, PPE, and infection control requirements. Schedule OAC and trade coordination meetings; distribute agendas, notes, and follow-ups. Assist with device labeling, asset capture, port mapping, and activation checklists; help organize Day-1/Day-2 support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
