Senior Analyst, Services Strategy & Insights

Job Description Primary Function of Position: The Senior Analyst, Services Strategy & Insights, is responsible for supporting data-driven and actionable insights related to the Services business unit. They will partner with leadership across the Services business to influence strategy and decision-making through well-formulated analysis. Roles and Responsibilities Proactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends for the US Services team, including groups supporting Field Services, Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Service, & Customer Success. Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to support the broader Services team in alignment with corporate initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate/align with business partners. Develop presentation materials for the Services leadership team and support long-term strategic planning. Build reports to track strategic metrics, tactical efforts, finance initiatives, and core business KPIs. Collaborate across global functions, local operations, and various business units within and outside Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuitive
