New Home Sales Manager (Production Homes & Pre-Construction)

Greater Galveston County / Brazoria County, TX Area A growing family-owned residential home builder is seeking a New Home Sales Manager (Production Homes & Pre-Construction) to help expand and streamline its production home division while continuing to support select custom home projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands both the sales side of residential construction and the operational realities of building homes profitably and efficiently. The ideal candidate can guide homeowners through the design and pre-construction process while helping ownership develop scalable production home systems and plans for future growth. The company has an established reputation in the market with deep roots in the community and is entering an exciting growth phase focused on expanding production and spec home volume while maintaining a highly relational, customer-focused experience. This is not a “high-pressure car sales” environment. The right person will be consultative, process-minded, relationship-driven, and capable of balancing customer expectations with construction feasibility, budgets, and appraisal realities.
