Schaeffer Homes New Home Sales Manager Location: Middletown, DE (Design Center) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Schaeffer Homes is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our Build On Your Lot program from our Middletown, DE Design Center. This is a high-impact role where you'll guide buyers through the entire homebuilding journey from initial consultation through contract and delivery while managing sales performance, customer relationships, and overall experience. What You'll Do Meet with prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuilding process Manage the full sales cycle from contract to home delivery Assist customers with floorplans, structural options, and customizations Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and referral partners Track leads, follow-ups, and contracts using CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Host open houses and participate in sales and marketing initiatives Achieve and exceed sales and conversion goals What We're Looking For Must have 3 years of sales experience Knowledge of land acquisition is a plus but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline Professional presence and customer-first mindset Comfortable working weekends with scheduled days off during the week Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and sales tools Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000/year Commission-based earnings on sales performance Total compensation potential: $100,000+ Health benefits, PTO, and mileage reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Weekend availability required Two days off during the week Why Schaeffer Homes?
