PRN Weekend Receptionist

Description Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
