- Payroll: Verify employee timesheets, reconcile and journalize payroll, manage bonuses and deductions, and resolve payroll-related inquiries
- Accounts Receivable: Prepare and manage customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and support timely collections to ensure accurate records and healthy cash flow
- Employee Relations / HR Support: Assist with recruiting and onboarding, support employee development, handle exits and basic grievances, and maintain the employee handbook
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and front-desk/receptionist functions as needed
- 1+ year of experience in payroll and/or accounting
- Prior experience working in a small company environment
- Exposure to any major ERP or accounting system and Excel
