Job Title: PSC Registration Clerk
Duration: 5+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Grove City, OH
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused PSC Registration Clerk to support Patient Service Center (PSC) operations. This role is responsible for managing front office activities, providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry, handling patient registration processes, supporting insurance billing and payment activities, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and ensure information accuracy.
• Contact clients and healthcare providers to obtain patient orders and required information.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete clerical tasks including filing, faxing, mailing, and document management.
• Support insurance billing and payment processing activities.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies and procedures.
• Follow departmental protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Report customer complaints through established channels and protocols.
• Assist with ordering, stocking, and maintaining office supplies.
• Complete assigned training and stay current with organizational requirements.
• Support multiple PSC locations as needed.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.

• Previous experience with data entry, keyboarding, or clerical support.
• Experience using PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior healthcare, medical office, or patient registration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required.
