Clinical Pharmacist Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist Lead to support safe medication use organization-wide through strong clinical knowledge and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying medication orders and collaborating with nursing staff Managing inventory, medication preparation, and Pyxis refills Supporting medication delivery, patient counseling, and prior authorizations Participating in REMS programs and departmental committees Contributing to workflow optimization, policy development, and patient safety initiatives Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate and residency preferred 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience Licenses including RPh and Medication Therapy Services in MO Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills This role offers the chance to impact patient care through clinical excellence, policy development, and team collaboration in a high-performing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr MEP Health
