About this job Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing vendor invoices and ensuring seamless financial operations. Responsibilities Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy. Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders. Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department. Ensure reliable and consistent attendance. Complete goods receipts. Work with the procurement department. Experience in accounts payable, accounting, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Knowledge of three-way matching, purchase order, and payment processing. Strong corporate and office experience. Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and field partners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a professional setting with business support. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Accounting or finance experience is beneficial. A college degree is not mandatory but a plus. Experience in roles such as Credit and Collections, Banking positions, Account Manager, Tax Analyst, or Business Support is advantageous. Onsite work is required for the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home. The working hours are flexible, with an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with most team members working from 7 am to 3:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vista, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
