Floor Lead TMD Staffing is hiring a Floor Lead for a growing reverse logistics and electronics recycling company in Taylor, TX. Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary The Floor Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting production employees, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This position requires someone who can lead by example, maintain quality standards, and keep the team productive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and production activities Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals Train and coach new employees on procedures and safety Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process Assist with sorting, testing, processing, and recycling electronic equipment Maintain inventory accuracy and organized work areas Communicate with management regarding production status and employee performance Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment Assist with problem-solving and workflow improvements as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Floor Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift Benefits Weekly Pay Full-time, long-term opportunity Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for growth with an established company #J-18808-Ljbffr
