About the Role: In the role, you will support day-to-day HR functions that keep our team engaged, informed, and supported, while helping us maintain smooth operations during a time of exciting growth. What You’ll Do: Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, internal HR meetings, and onboarding sessions, while maintaining the department calendar to ensure everything runs with precision, clarity, and efficiency. Plan company events: Plan and execute department and company-wide events that foster connection, engagement, and culture. Benefits Administration: Assist with open enrollment and be a point of contact for any benefits related inquiries. Onboarding support: Assist new hires with I-9 documentation, first-day logistics, and orientation — ensuring every welcome is warm and organized. Administrative tasks: Support the HR team with documentation, HRIS updates, compliance filing, and other essential admin functions. Be a culture conduit: As one of the first touchpoints for many employees, you'll represent the tone and values of our team (collaborative, kind, and forward-thinking). Requirements: High school diploma Associates/Bachelors Degree (preferred) Minimum 6 months of administrative or HR experience (internships will be considered) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in Google Suites is a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially #J-18808-Ljbffr
