Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client to support defense litigation matters and contribute to effective case management from filing through trial. This role partners closely with senior attorneys to ensure accurate documentation, timely filings, and well organized case materials. The position is ideal for a detail oriented litigation professional with hands on experience in Delaware courts who thrives in a fast paced law firm environment. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Wilmington, Delaware.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Support senior attorneys by managing litigation matters from initial filing through trial preparation, ensuring cases remain organized and on schedule
• Draft and prepare routine legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and production materials in accordance with court requirements
• Collect, review, organize, and analyze documents from multiple sources, including medical records, and prepare clear summaries for attorney review
• Conduct document searches and factual research to support case strategy and litigation activities
• Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and manage billable time in alignment with firm expectations

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

• Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution is required, with a Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• A minimum of two years of recent experience supporting litigation matters, with hands on exposure to all phases of the litigation process
• Prior experience in a defense law firm environment, with toxic tort exposure preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional or Adobe DC, along with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
