About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and technology leadership, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment between the technology roadmap and enterprise business goals. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional projects, analyzing technology performance data, and providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making and organizational growth. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for overseeing budgeting, fiscal management, and resource allocation across technology projects, as well as preparing executive-level reports and communications. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within technology, financial services, or a related industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in technology, including experience in a technology organization and a proven track record of shaping organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in project management tools, financial/budget analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment is essential, as is the ability to manage confidential information with integrity. The Chief of Staff will be expected to stay informed of evolving technology trends and to support the execution of organizational priorities, including special projects as assigned by the CTO.
