Job Title: Admin Coordinator – Facilities/Engineering
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Hospital/healthcare experience required
- Facilities or Engineering experience required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with work orders, dashboards, and data entry
- Vendor coordination and scheduling experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and manage daily and project work orders
- Track EOC rounds and preventive maintenance work orders
- Monitor daily work order and weekly PM dashboards
- Assign temperature/humidity, elevator, and graffiti work orders
- Maintain equipment inventory and create SMRs
- Schedule vendors for repairs
- Update office schedules and coordinate delivered parts/items
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities/Engineering team
