Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Resilient Minds, your primary responsibility will involve working with couples and individuals to address a variety of issues. Your specific duties will include:

• Designing tailored treatment plans that focus on the unique needs of each client and their families.

• Leading therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals, focusing on areas such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and coping strategies for grief and loss.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions for clients dealing with common issues such as blended families, job stress, and separation/divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

• Staying updated on best practices and new methodologies in marriage and family therapy, ensuring the delivery of effective and evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications\n
