Accord Group is hiring a General Manager to become a Managing Partner running their own roofing, siding, and gutter location. This is a hands-on leadership role — part sales leader, part operator, part PL owner — built for someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk. Successful GMs and Managing Partners earn $200K+ annually.

Most of the roofs we replace are funded through the homeowner's insurance claim after storm damage. Our teams canvass storm-affected neighborhoods door-to-door, inspect for damage, and guide homeowners through the claims process from start to finish. As GM, you own the outcomes that make a location profitable — sales results, team performance, and customer collections.

You don't need prior roofing experience to succeed here. New GMs go through a structured onboarding program that builds the industry knowledge you need — no matter your background — while you start leading your own team from day one.

Career Path Overview:

• MIT (Manager in Training) General Manager – Lead a team, manage projects, and work through onboarding alongside an experienced GM mentor.
• General Manager / Managing Partner – Own a location's PL, lead your own roofing sales team, and run the business independently. Earning potential: $200K+ annually.

Who You Are:

• A proven leader — from roofing or another commission-based sales environment — who recruits, coaches, and still leads from the front
• Coachable and willing to learn the trade if you're new to roofing
• Comfortable in a physically active, field-heavy role, including up to 70% travel
• An operator who wants PL ownership, not just a management title

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred
• Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team
• Ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Open to travel

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:

• This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field
• Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
• Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood
• Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods
• Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs
