Description: Candidates must reside 50 or more miles away from the assignment location. A minimum of 2-3 years of recent acute care hospital experience is required. Recent travel experience is also a requirement for this position. This is a full-time position with a schedule of five shifts per week. Shifts are 8 hours in duration each. This role entails providing support and resources to patients in need. Social Workers in this position will assist with case management and social services. Candidates should exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
