Operations CoordinatorThe Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for multiple ongoing projects. This role works closely with Talent, Payroll, Security, and upper management to ensure smooth staffing, accurate reporting, and effective project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update manning rosters for all active projects.Support hiring efforts for new and existing projects, coordinating with Talent, Payroll, and Security as needed.Prepare, maintain, and submit weekly timesheets to Payroll; track weekly project spending.Submit weekly timesheets to clients for approval and forward approved copies to Accounting.Process Change of Status (COS) forms and Separation Notices as required.Coordinate and book travel for project personnel as needed.Provide general assistance to upper management and contribute to operational tasks as assigned.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in operations coordination or a similar administrative/operations role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote work environments.Familiarity with project staffing processes, payroll coordination, and client-facing documentation.Proficiency with standard business software and reporting tools.Key Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailTime management and prioritizationConfidentiality and professionalismCustomer service and communicationAnalytical and reconciliation abilitiesAbility to collaborate with field and office teamsPhysical Work EnvironmentPrimarily remote office environment requiring extended periods of computer use, sitting, and virtual communication.Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and other office equipment.Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.Occasional standing, walking, or moving throughout the office/home office.Regular communication with team members and stakeholders, both in person and electronically.May require occasional lifting of office materials up to approximately 10-20 pounds.Noise level is generally quiet to moderate.Equal Employment OpportunityRPG is an equal opportunity employer.
