Overview: Manage customer-facing quality systems, SAP order and shipment execution, complaints, RMAs, and QMS improvements in a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and shipments in SAP and communicate delivery commitments.
- Manage customer complaints, RMAs, returns, and change requests.
- Coordinate investigations and corrective actions across Quality, Planning, Engineering, and Operations.
- Maintain QMS documentation, quality metrics, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Customer-facing quality systems experience in a regulated environment.
- Hands-on SAP order and shipment processing experience.
- Customer complaint, RMA, and cross-functional coordination experience. xxzpjkt
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA quality requirements.
