Contract Front of House ManagerWe are seeking a Contract Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and prior experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate front of house staffEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceManage reservations and seating arrangementsHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionallyCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house areaTrain and mentor new employeesSkills:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systemsAbility to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanorLeadership and team management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities
