Lean Shift Supervisor - Drive Safety & Production
Atkore
Atkore is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead the production team, drive Lean Daily Management, and deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You’ll coach team members, assign tasks, and optimize labor and equipment to meet production goals while upholding Atkore values. Within 3, 6, and 12 months you’ll take increasing ownership of the shift’s SQDC performance, participate in Kaizen, and mentor your crew to align with company standards.
