We are seeking a DTCC Settlements Supervisor/ Operations Support to join a stellar team.Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the Newark or Edgewood office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily DTCC settlement functions and related operational processes, including Buy-Ins, Prime Broker, and Vault activitiesProvide day-to-day oversight of team workflow, ensuring timely execution of settlement tasks, escalation management, and adherence to service level expectationsMonitor team performance, workload distribution, and operational accuracy to ensure efficient and effective processingServe as a primary escalation point for complex operational issues arising from system or human error, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to internal and external stakeholdersOversee and support the onboarding of new clients to Broadridge product platforms, including:Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) for equity trade settlementImpact for fixed income trade settlementFacilitate the development and enhancement of Broadridge settlement tools, including:Global Framework (GFW)Broadridge Exception Event System (BEES)Universal DashboardProvide operational subject matter expertise for system improvements and perform or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)Lead internal and external training efforts on Broadridge products, including:GFWBPSImpactBuyIns SystemUniversal DashboardCoach and support team members through training, knowledge-sharing, and ongoing process guidanceMonitor unsettled trades with high mark-to-market (MTM) exposure and suspense account activity to help reduce client market exposure and operational riskIdentify, recommend, and help implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities and other process improvements within DTC SettlementsPerform supervisory quality control reviews to ensure team adherence to Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), internal controls, and operational standardsDevelop, maintain, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to support consistent execution, training, issue response, and operational continuityPartner with support functions such as HR, IT, and Finance on team-related, system-related, and project-related initiativesSupport management reporting, issue tracking, and process governance efforts to improve transparency, accountability, and operational effectivenessQualifications:3+ years of experience supporting settlement functions1+ years of supervisory, team lead, or workflow oversight experienceExperience overseeing client support processes, service issues, and operational escalationsFinancial industry back-office operations experience required; DTCC experience preferredExperience onboarding new clients preferredExperience training, mentoring, or coaching team members in an operational environment preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of settlement operations and post-trade processesDemonstrated leadership ability with experience overseeing daily operations, workflow, and service qualityStrong supervisory skills, including coaching, accountability, escalation management, and team supportAbility to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent client service skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain strong relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to identify operational risk, process gaps, and improvement opportunitiesExperience supporting system enhancements, testing initiatives, and operational change managementAbility to create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and control proceduresStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work across operations, technology, HR, finance, and client-facing teamsCommitment to operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement"Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education."Salary Range: 95,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD annual Bonus Eligible Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.#LI-MR1#LI-HybridWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
