What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities through formal and informal testing
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Document treatment goals, progress, and updates in compliance with policies
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
• Recommend and assist with adaptive/supportive equipment procurement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Serve as a case manager for assigned patients and promote occupational therapy services within the community

What You Need

• Valid Michigan OT license or eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
