Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient function through formal and informal assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Communicate treatment goals and progress to patients and families
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
• Recommend and assist with adaptive/supportive equipment
• Document patient responses and treatment plans accurately
• Educate patients on pathology, prognosis, and treatment rationale
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and promote community engagement

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Prior outpatient therapy experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-focused care and ethical standards
