Since 1975, we've partnered with architects and designers to create innovative, sustainable spaces across hospitality, healthcare, education, and corporate sectors.Job DescriptionCreate, process, and maintain purchase ordersTrack order confirmations, lead times, pricing, and delivery datesCommunicate with vendors and production partnersFollow up on delayed or at-risk ordersSupport production scheduling through material availability trackingMaintain purchasing records and vendor filesAssist with invoice matching and reportingQualifications1–3 years of purchasing, order processing, or administrative experienceKnowledge of purchasing systems, inventory software, and supply chain practices.High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision and JIM preferredManufacturing or fabrication experience preferredAdditional InformationWhy Baresque?Opportunities for growth and mentorshipHealth, Dental Vision, and Life Insurance and 401K OfferedWork with a team dedicated to creating world-class design solutions.Enjoy a role with global reach and local impact.Custom coffee bar and daily fruit and healthy snacks in the office, to help fuel your day
