You will learn how to assist active duty service members, veterans, and military families with buying and selling homes as they relocate to new communities or transition between duty stations. From understanding relocation schedules and identifying suitable neighborhoods to coordinating property tours and helping clients prepare for a move, you will develop the knowledge needed to provide dependable real estate guidance.

As you grow your business, you will gain experience with VA loan considerations, military relocation timelines, buyer consultations, listing presentations, and contract negotiations. You will also learn how to communicate effectively with clients who may be purchasing from a distance, managing tight moving schedules, or balancing the demands of military service with important housing decisions.

Building relationships within the military community will be an important part of your business development. Through consistent prospecting, networking, client referrals, and database follow up, you will learn how to connect with military families and establish yourself as a knowledgeable real estate resource. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on military relocations, is highly valued.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with military families, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the VA financing process.

• Established military network
