Position Summary: Contributes to the performance of high-quality service provided to our loan customers by assisting with the management of the day-to-day servicing and operations to ensure the efficient and accurate maintenance of all commercial, SBA, consumer, and residential mortgage loan portfolios. Ensures the work is performed in compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and standards.Essential FunctionsAssist with new loan boarding, modifications and conversions of commercial, SBA and consumer lending loans.Assist with loan advances, disbursements, and payment processing.Assist with the lien release function within loan operations.Assist in developing and implementing departmental goals that align with the bank's overall strategy and vision.Supports the Loan Administration Manager overseeing the day-to-day activities and workload of the loan operations team.Lead, guide and support employees in their career growth and development in a collaborative team-oriented environment.Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements.Maintain customer centric approach to ensure borrowers receive excellent service and support.Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve promptly.Implement policies, procedures, and systems involving daily operations and member service functions to maintain compliance with all regulations.Assists with audits, compliance reviews and independent loan reviews to ensure a satisfactory rating.Monitor and enforce timely and accurate production of department reports, schedules and related data.Ensure all internal controls are followed and critical reviews are completed in a timely manner.Other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or parallel career experience.3 – 5 years' experience in a financial institution.Broad experience with lending and loan servicing functions of the bank.3 – 5 years' experience of loan products and services. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status or disability. This job description is not an employment agreement or contract, implied or otherwise.
