Rooms Controller Program Specialist

Managing room inventory and coordinating assignments, the part-time FLEX Program Specialist - Rooms Controller will ensure optimal operations across assigned properties while collaborating with on-property teams to uphold service standards and enhance communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage room inventory and execute daily room assignments for designated properties Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure accurate room blocking and guest accommodation Monitor special requests, VIP arrivals, and group room blocks to ensure proper execution Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-related role (e.g., hotel operations, inventory management, business analytics, or customer service) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Flexibility to support weekend and holiday coverage as needed
