You will be primarily working with students and their families, providing vital support in school environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive records of patient progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create integrated care strategies that support the well-being of students.

• Monitor client progress methodically, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Provide guidance on medication adherence and side effects in conjunction with medical providers, fostering a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be supporting school-aged children and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without restrictions in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience providing therapy as an independently licensed clinician is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
