Our client is a rapidly growing organization supporting large-scale residential construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, delivery execution, project coordination, and field logistics for one of their fastest‑growing markets. This is far more than a traditional warehouse management role. The successful candidate will oversee multiple operational functions while helping build the processes, systems, and team that will support the company’s next phase of growth. What You’ll Own As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall execution of warehouse and project operations, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. Key areas of responsibility include: Lead daily warehouse, inventory, delivery, and project operations Develop, coach, and manage warehouse associates, delivery teams, and project coordinators Coordinate labor planning, scheduling, and project execution across multiple concurrent customer projects Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment Drive operational excellence through process improvements, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material flow Serve as the operational leader for customer issue resolution and project escalations Establish performance expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, quality, service, and productivity standards What Success Looks Like This leader will own key operational metrics including: Schedule adherence Inventory accuracy and inventory aging Labor productivity and efficiency Budget performance and cost control Customer satisfaction and project execution quality What We’re Looking For We’re searching for an operational leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution. Ideal candidates will bring: Warehouse operations leadership experience Experience managing delivery, logistics, or field operations Strong project coordination and scheduling experience Proven success leading, coaching, and developing frontline teams Experience creating or improving operational processes and SOPs Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and operational reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability Experience working with construction projects, builders, contractors, installation services, or field operations is highly preferred but not required.
