Role Description This is a part-time Real Estate Agent role based in Scottsdale, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office client-facing activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will identify and cultivate leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include performing market research, preparing and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role involves providing responsive customer service, negotiating offers, collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and other third parties, and ensuring compliance with state and local real estate regulations. The agent will also participate in marketing activities such as listing presentations, online property promotion, and community outreach. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in Arizona and knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices Practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential sales and listings Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client needs Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and digital marketing channels Reliable transportation for local travel to properties, client meetings, and community events Prior experience in the Scottsdale or greater Phoenix real estate market is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional real estate or business education is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
