Candidates should reside within the region.\n\nTitle: Field Performance Specialist - Remote\nLocation: Chicago/Midwest (Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa)\nSalary: $110,000 - $120,000 +Bonus\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n The Field Performance Specialist will partner closely with senior field leadership and oversee the performance and development of multiple insurance sales agencies throughout the territory.\n Lead, coach, and support agency management and field sales professionals throughout the Midwest region.\n Work directly with agency leaders and their sales teams to increase production, expand and strengthen the sales force, improve activity levels, and drive overall agency performance.\n This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach, motivate, influence, and develop successful sales professionals while building strong relationships across a large geographic territory.\n Drive achievement of key sales, production, recruiting, and performance objectives.\n Regularly visit agencies throughout the territory to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide hands-on coaching and support.\n Partner with agency leaders to develop strategies for increasing production and strengthening their sales organizations.\n Motivate and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and support personnel.\n Analyze agency performance and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\n Help agency leadership address operational, personnel, customer service, and performance challenges.\n Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between regional leadership and the field organization.\n\n\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree in a related field.\n 8+ years of relevant life insurance experience in a leadership capacity.\n Strong knowledge of life insurance operations, products, policies, and processes.\n Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.\n Experience coaching, developing, and motivating insurance sales professionals.\n Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.\n Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.\n Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midwest.\n Professional insurance designations such as FIC, FLMI, or CLU are a plus.\n\n
