As an Account Executive at Slip Robotics, you own the full sales cycle — from prospecting cold accounts to closing six- and seven-figure RaaS contracts. You will be in the field, hunting new logos, building relationships with VP- and C-suite decision-makers across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, and closing deals that have real operational impact. You'll work in a fast-moving, resource-light environment where your pipeline is your own creation and your results speak for themselves. If you've sold complex, consultative solutions into industrial or logistics environments and you're hungry to be part of something that's genuinely changing an industry — this is your role. Responsibilities Build and manage a territory pipeline from the ground up — cold outreach, events, channel partners, and referrals. Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract, including demos, site visits, ROI modeling, and executive presentations. Target VP- and C-suite stakeholders across manufacturing, warehousing, middle-mile logistics, and last-mile delivery. Drive urgency and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes in large industrial organizations. Develop and execute account strategies that generate new logo wins and expansion opportunities within target verticals. Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM; maintain rigorous deal hygiene. Partner with solutions engineering and operations to deliver compelling, site-specific value propositions. Represent Slip Robotics at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites — you're the face of the company in your territory. Feed market intelligence back to product and marketing teams to sharpen our go-to-market approach. Qualifications You have 4+ years of field sales experience selling complex, capital or RaaS solutions in industrial, logistics, or automation environments. You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota — and you can show the numbers. You thrive hunting new business. You're not waiting for inbound leads — you're building your own pipeline every day. You understand warehouse, manufacturing, dock, or freight operations well enough to speak the language of your customers. You've sold into manufacturing, 3PLs, automotive, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain organizations. You're comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and can manage complex deals without losing momentum. You have experience with robotics, automation, IoT, or capital equipment — or you've sold solutions with significant operational change management involved. You're a natural closer who can create urgency without being transactional. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
