Senior Technical Product Owner for Inventory Sync

The Senior Technical Product Owner for Inventory Sync plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all relevant inventory transactions result in both Assurant and our client's ERPs remaining in sync for all SKUs managed on their behalf. This requires a detailed understanding of Supply Chain processes and the systemic transactions that underlie them, including but not limited to:

• How data is transmitted between systemic layers, from the operator to the WMS to the client.
• Knowledge of the individual payloads for same and the business rules that dictate their contents.
• The ability to efficiently analyze large data sets for issues, without always having clear exceptions data pointing to the nature of discrepancies.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Proactively analyze inventory data flows to identify sources of sync variance
• Work with product owners of respective systems to identify root cause of sync variance and drive resolution thereof
• Execute correctives both identified internally and provided by the client
• Provide updates to leadership on sources of sync variance, the impact thereof, and the deliverables required to resolve

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• 5+ years' relevant experience with complex IT integrations
• 5+ years' exposure to inventory tracking systems and WMS functions
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Strong SQL skills (independent writing of complex query scripts joining disparate data sets)
• Extremely strong Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrable ability to decipher JSON and XML payloads and general IT integration principles (API behavior, etc.)

Pay Range:

$103,800.00 - $173,300.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
