As a leading U.S. manufacturer of coated and non-woven abrasives, we pride ourselves on our grit: both the product and the attitude.____________________________________________________________________________________________Your Mission:We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong quality and communication expertise with a passion for evaluating processes, solving problems, and improving operational performance.____________________________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Continuous improvement/reduction of RGA's.Non-conforming product/corrective action process management.Production sampling/testing compliance.Organizational communication – quality performance.Operate and maintain quality management system.
