B2B Regional Sales Manager RF/Communications Systems
Our client, a Wireless Systems Integrator, located in Florida, needs a Regional Sales Manager for permanent employment to support Southeast Florida, Miami Dade and Broward counties. The Regional Sales Manager will work as an individual contributor and be responsible for developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying customer challenges, developing solutions, helping coordinate internal resources, and achieving sales objectives.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business development with experience in communications, IT, or wireless solutions.
- Previous experience selling across multiple industries such as Public Safety, Education, Healthcare.
- Ability to travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license/clean driving record.
- Experience building relationships with end users to executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience attending local conferences, trade shows, or seminars.

The expected base salary range for this role is: 90-100K per year + Commission The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
