Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic HR guidance, oversee employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and complex workplace matters. \n
- Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership development, and change management. \n
- Oversee HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle processes, and multi-state employment compliance. \n
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders on risk management, audits, and process improvements. \n
- Lead and develop HR team members while enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness. \n
