Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid Role Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified candidates at eligible locations). Hybrid Work Arrangement Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Works 3 days in person at a CORA clinic and 2 days remotely. Responsibilities Provide inclusive, hands‑on care in an outpatient setting. Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care. Leverage technology tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions. Document evaluations and treatments efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and support clinic culture. Qualifications Degree from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or license‑eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT). Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required. Passion to learn, grow, and make an impact; new graduates welcome.
