Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Solutions Consultant specializing in Global Payroll, and to make a meaningful impact in the evolving global employment landscape as part of our Go-To-Market Solutions Consulting team.

• The Solutions Consulting Team at Remote acts as a strategic partner to both customers and internal teams.
• This global team brings expertise in HR strategy across Remote’s full suite of products and services.
• Focus on enhancing customer engagement and driving commercial success.
• As a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful launch and long-term expansion of Remote’s Global Payroll offering.
• Shape go-to-market efforts and help deliver lasting value to our clients.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing.
• Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes.
• Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and analyze software solutions quickly.
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Ideally minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll credentials are a strong plus.
• Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and payroll industry landscape is considered a strong plus.
• Knowledge or familiarity with PEO service models also considered a strong plus.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.
• Experience working remotely is considered a plus.

Requirements

• Partner with the Payroll Sales team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services.
• Communicate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll offering through demonstrations and presentations.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and refine sales collateral.
• Identify and translate key client business needs into a clear, actionable scope of work.
• Help educate the Solutions Consulting and Sales teams on the technical components of the Global Payroll solution.
• Provide thoughtful, market-driven feedback to our Product teams.
