SENIOR HR SPECIALIST

HR Benefits | Leave Administration | HRIS | Compliance About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist – Benefits & Leaves to manage employee benefits programs and end-to-end leave administration. The role requires strong knowledge of Benefits, FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers’ Compensation, HRIS, compliance, and employee support . Administer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Wellness benefits Manage employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution Coordinate with benefits providers and external vendors Manage leave administration including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD and Workers’ Compensation Ensure federal and state compliance Support new-hire benefits onboarding and UKG enrollment Maintain HRIS, benefits and leave records Prepare and analyze benefits/leave reports Support audits, renewals and annual Open Enrollment Handle confidential employee information professionally 5+ years of relevant HR experience Strong Benefits Administration and Leave Management experience Knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD and Workers’ Compensation Experience with HRIS; UKG preferred Strong benefits compliance knowledge Excellent communication and employee-service skills Strong attention to detail and organization High level of confidentiality and professionalism Location: Acton, MA 01720 Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience: 5+ Years Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Important: Candidates must be able to work on-site in Acton, MA .
