We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Recess Educators .
Recess EducatorThis role focuses on supervising and engaging students during recess hours. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, leading games and activities, and creating a safe, active, and positive environment for elementary school students.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise students during recess and outdoor play
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
- Lead engaging games and recreational activities
- Encourage teamwork, inclusion, and positive social interactions
- Support students in resolving minor conflicts respectfully
- Help maintain a structured and enjoyable recess environment
- Monitor attendance and communicate any concerns to school staff
- Prepare and organize activity equipment and materials
- Keep play areas organized, clean, and safe
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM , starting in August.
Hourly Pay Rate: $30/hour
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
