Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (24 hours/week)Duration: 6-month contract with potential extensionPay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourNot open for 3rd party C2CAbout the RoleWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Workplace Reception Coordinator to support daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced office environment. This highly visible role is responsible for creating a welcoming, polished, and well-organized experience for employees, visitors, and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact at the reception deskManage guest check-ins, visitor flow, and host notificationsEnsure the reception area and front-facing spaces remain clean, organized, and professionalSupport meeting room readiness and general office presentationHandle incoming mail, deliveries, and walk-up requestsAssist with day-to-day office hospitality and coordinationWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in reception, office coordination, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanorAbility to stay organized and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced settingHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasksComfortable working onsite and maintaining consistent desk coverageWhat Success Looks LikeProviding a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitorsMaintaining a consistently organized and professional front-of-house environmentEnsuring smooth guest check-ins and internal coordinationSupporting an efficient and positive day-to-day workplace experiencePrime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
