Automotive Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will have previous dealership accounting or automotive bookkeeping experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager/Controller
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Costing and posting vehicle deals
• Processing bank deposits/ bank reconciliations
• Funding and paying off vehicles
• Processing sales commissions
• Handling dealership paperwork and documentation
• Responding to accounting and administrative inquiries
• Assisting the office team with special projects and additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive bookkeeping or dealership accounting experience required
• CDK experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with management, sales, service, and other dealership departments
